Free Yoga Now Offered Saturday Mornings in St. Charles

yogaThe St. Charles Companies, in collaboration with The Studio Cooperative, invites the community to enjoy free Saturday morning vinyasa yoga classes waterside at the O’Donnell Lake venue at St. Patrick’s Drive and Smallwood Drive West in St. Charles, MD. The classes will be offered each week through August 16th from 9:30 – 10:30 am and are appropriate for any level participant. Whether this is your first try at yoga or you’re a practiced veteran, bring a hand towel, a bottle of water and a mat if you have one (a limited quantity are available at the class) and start your day with a gentle stretch, some fresh air and enjoyable company. After class, head over to the Saturday morning St. Charles Farmers Market just across the street for healthy fruits, vegetables and delicious treats.

Plenty of free parking is available. The O’Donnell Lake venue is located at the intersection of St. Patrick’s Drive and Smallwood Drive West in St. Charles, across from the movie theater and the St. Charles Towne Center. Directions: From Route 301, turn onto Smallwood Drive West. Go through two lights, and O’Donnell Lake will be on your right, just past Sears Automotive.
