Masheca Letoya Mcgirt, age 36, of Ft. Washington

Masheca Letoya Mcgirt, age 36, of Ft. Washington

9-14-2016 – Possession – Masheca Letoya Mcgirt, age 36, of Ft. Washington, was being served a warrant at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.

A search of her purse revealed she was in possession of a medication bottle containing suspected Oxycodone Hydrochloride.

Mcgirt did not have a prescription for the medication.

She was served her warrants and charged with CDS Possession – Not Marijuana: Oxycodone.

Aaron Scott Nash, age 34, of Lexington Park

Aaron Scott Nash, age 34, of Lexington Park

9-14-2016 – Assault – Deputy A. Budd responded to the 46000 block of Cameo Lane in Lexington Park, for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Aaron Scott Nash, age 34, of Lexington Park, held the victim in place by wrapping his arms around the back of the victim’s head.

Nash was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Two Counts of Second Degree Assault.

9-13-2016 – Indecent Exposure – Deputy M. Pleisse responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for a reported indecent exposure.

Donte Vincent Gross, age 29, of Lexington Park, was in a District Court holding cell when he requested a roll of toilet paper from a Correctional Officer. Inmate Gross knocked on the window of the door to gain the attention of the Correctional Officer. It was at that time the Correctional Officer observed the inmate fondling his exposed genitalia.
He was charged with Indecent Exposure; Correctional Employee.

Deborah Marie Hill, age 56, of Odenton

9-13-2016 – Possession – Deputy M. Pleisse responded to the District Court for the report of possession.

Deborah Marie Hill, age 56, of Odenton, responded to the District Court for a probation violation hearing. She was sentenced to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center at the conclusion of the hearing. Upon arrival at the Detention Center, Hill was searched by Correctional Officer S. Boyd, who located a baggie containing a white powdery substance of suspected crack cocaine.

Hill was charged with CDS Possession – Not Marijuana and CDS Possession in place of Confinement.

Anthony Darnell Hodge, age 26, of Lusby

Anthony Darnell Hodge, age 26, of Lusby

9-13-2016 – Assault – Deputy First Class R. Steinbach responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for a report of an assault between inmates.

Anthony Darnell Hodge, age 26, of Lusby, attacked the victim striking him several times in the head.

The victim sustained injuries consistent with being assaulted. Darnell was charged with Second Degree Assault.

 9-10-2016 – Possession – Deputy D. Potter conducted a vehicle stop on the 22000 block of Three Notch Road where Rosette Ellen Abelende, age 47, of No Fixed Address and Troy David Yates, age 50, of Great Mills, were passengers.

Abelende had a confirmed warrant and was placed under arrest.

A search was conducted which revealed suspected Adderall, hypodermic syringes, and additional CDS.

The other passenger, Yates, was in possession of a prescription bottle with an obliterated label.

They were both arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.

Abelende was charged with Possession CDS: Not Marijuana: Buprenorphine Possession Paraphernalia, Theft, and Possession CDS: Not Marijuana.

Yates was charged with Remove Prescription Label.

Brandy Lee Blankenship, age 31, of Lexington Park

9-8-2016 – Assault – Deputy First Class V. Pontorno responded to the 21000 block of Williams Drive in Lexington Park a reported assault.

The victim alleged, Brandy Lee Blankenship, age 31, of Lexington Park, produced a knife during an argument and swung it at the victim.

The victim displayed lacerations consistent with the allegations.

Blankenship was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Second Degree Assault.

Stevie Rae Koncen, age 24, of Chaptico

Stevie Rae Koncen, age 24, of Chaptico

9-10-2016 – Possession – Deputy B. Fennessey stopped the suspect, Stevie Rae Koncen, age 24, of Chaptico, for speeding in the area of Three Notch Road and Lockes Hill Road in Mechanicsville.

A moderate smell of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. Subsequently, a probable search was performed, which revealed a marijuana smoking device and loose pills; one of which was identified as suspected Vynase, a schedule II controlled dangerous substance.

Koncen was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of CDS of Schedule II.

9-15-2016 – Possession – While on patrol in the area of Northbound MD Route 235 in the vicinity of Leland Road, Cpl. J. Sommerville observed a vehicle traveling over the posted speed limit. As Cpl. Sommerville approached the vehicle; he saw the driver toss a clear container from the driver side window onto the road.

Elisha Herbert Williams, age 19, of Alexandria, was detained, and a search of the container revealed several bags of suspected marijuana and an Alprazolam pill.

Williams was arrested and charged with Two Counts of CDS Possession: Not Marijuana.

9-15-2016 – Assault – Deputy B. Fennessey responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for a reported assault.

Brandy Ann Chiarizia, age 30, of Leonardtown, assaulted two inmates by touching them inappropriately.

Chiarizia was charged with Two Counts of Second Degree Assault.

Kristy Marie Simmons, age 35, of California

Kristy Marie Simmons, age 35, of California

9-16-2016 – Theft – Deputy T. Seyfried responded to the Belks Department Store in California for a reported theft.

Kristy Marie Simmons, age 35, of California, exited the store without paying for merchandise.

Simmons was arrested and charged with Theft Less than $1000.
