Unbelievable, armed robbery and gun charges and this trash somehow was let out. He should be doing his time in prison, not locally. One day the bleeding hearts will realize that some people can’t be rehabilitated, they just better hope they don’t learn the hard way. We need some different judges down here, the ones we have are going to get innocent people killed with their soft judgements. Catch him, throw him in prison, and forget about him.

The headline says it all; “again.” When are these liberal judges and commissioners going to learn? Once a turd, always a turd. Now valuable resources and tax money are being spent to try and find this turd when the money could be better spent.

Pleading to the courts that this dangerous individual and his cohorts need a very lengthy sentence. 20-25 years would be the most appropriate. The courts KEEP releasing

Unless of course the governor is democrat then it doesn’t matter. He appoints the judges FYI.

Commissioners and Judges need to have these guys stay at their house, if they are going to give them: “Get out of Jail Free” cards. This guy should have never been back-out on the streets for less than $100,000 bound, he robbed somebody with a Hand Gun, what the hell was the Judiciary thinking.

    • Joe on December 17, 2016 at 8:36 am

They think about “black lives matter”, the media and they are generally out of touch with the reality of bad people and the street. Not all, but surely some. And there is no accountability, effective at least. The people need to reject this lack of accountability.. through Obama, we lost mandatory sentencing, which may or may not have worked. Most sentenced under it are out or about to be since the old argument of race discrimination. (3 time narcotics sale is life) somefin gonna break peoples!

        • Anonymous on December 20, 2016 at 4:14 pm

See above. The democratic governor, Owe-Malley, appointed a bunch of liberal judges. Hopefully Hogan will do a better job.

  9. cheywolf on December 19, 2016 at 8:42 am

Maybe if these judges didn’t keep letting criminals out, he wouldn’t be wanted AGAIN! He would be behind bars already.
