Dale Eugene Dean, 42 of Callaway
Vice/Narcotics detectives were contacted by Dale Eugene Dean, 42 of Callaway who wanted to report drug activity.
Dean gave names, dates, details and photographs related to the drug dealing he was reporting.
Detectives continued the investigation and determined the evidence provided by Dean was fabricated. Further, through the investigation it was found that the photos provided were taken inside Dean’s home. Suspect Dean had completed construction work for the person he identified as the drug dealer and wasn’t paid, which led to the false report.
Dean was arrested and charged accordingly.

He deserves what he gets. hes been taking money from people as a unliscenced scab. One customer of his gave him several thousand dollars for brick, he gave them a pallet load of empty boxes and construction trash wrapped in plastic and tarped so customer couldnt see what they payed for. Unfortunately, I’ve had to deal with this dirtbag. He is a habitual liar and a thief. He also offered to pay me in drugs when he couldn’t come up with the money he owed me. Obviously, I doubt I will ever recover that money. Avoid him and any contractor you see him working for because he will take any opportunity he has to steal from you.

mr dean has a long list of criminal activity,it was only a matter of time before the law caught up with him again .this is only the tip of the ice berg of mr deans crimes and scams,masquerading as a contractor is only one of his long list of scams.as someone who knew mr dean and was victimized by him years ago,i would of hoped that he changed.but mr dean is a sociopath so i doubt he feels any remorse and will repeat this type of behavior well into the future if victims don’t come forward .
