Attempted Armed Robbery in Waldorf

2013-09-05 12.45.58+On Thursday, August 29, 2013, at approximately 3:15 am, two men entered the Rock N Roll McDonalds at 11110 Mall Circle, in Waldorf.

The men entered by climbing through the drive through window. Once inside, the men displayed a knife and a gun. They asked for the safe to be opened. The manager resisted and became involved in an altercation with the suspects. The suspects fled out the drive through window empty handed. The suspects were seen meeting up with a third unknown suspect.

The suspects were described as two masked black males approximately 20 years old.

    Open Carry Weapon would have prevented this. Advocate legal and shall issue open carry weapon in Maryland!!

      I don’t believe this state wants us harming the criminals. That’s what all the new gun laws and bans are all about, making it harder to impossible for law abiding citizens to arm themselves. If the criminals followed laws they wouldn’t be criminals.

    Waldorf is turning into the “Dodge City” of So. MD. Crime in general is out of control in the Waldorf area, and soon I’m afraid it will be the norm in all of Charles Co..

      They should combine PG county and charles to Prince charles as they are for the thugs.

    Is Waldorf really that bad of an area. We are new here and wondering if we made a mistake moving into Charles County

      i grew up there it was bad when i was there with all the robing and gangs my friends that still live there said its even worse now
