On Saturday, December 14, 2013, Corporal J. Maletto of the St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart in California, for a theft.

A loss prevention employee observed a male subject, later identified as Alvin Enrique Colina, 31, of no fixed address, with a shopping cart full of merchandise. The subject then exited the store without paying.

“released … own ….recognizance” right with no fixed address he will be easy to find if he fails to show in court. I suppose he also has no ties to the community either which will keep him from being a flight risk.

These are just typical responses. People get a life..if you took the time to read the police report you can see that this was a frigin wanna be store guy who screwed up. The man wasn’t even out of the store..didn’t conceal anything, so it can’t even be attempted to leave the store.

So you all need to think twice before you post such ignorant remarks about someone you know nothing about and before you have the entire story. There are always 2 sides to it.
