Why was it necessary to describe the victim as a “22 year old white female”?

      Good question.

First, learn basic grammar, punctuation and the use of capitol letters. Then you can attempt to sound intelligent. Second, it was a simple question as to why they felt the need. Have you ever heard of black on white crime when the black criminal is charged with a hate crime? Probably not. It is what it is. There are endless cases of the reverse. Whites charged with a hate crime because they may have called him a bad name and hurt his feelings. Finally to answer your question about if it were my daughter. He would not have his eyes open for this picture.

Why is it necessary in ANY case, to state race? Lets throw out the race when a white person commits a crime against a black person. How DARE we do it when a black person commits a crime against a white person?

    • parkdweller on September 30, 2014 at 2:58 pm

Absolutely. The racial element is very much a component in criminal proceedings and accusations in the United States and St. Mary’s County is one of the most racist places in Maryland if not THE most.

Stupid people should be castrated to begin with. White, black whatever color. I’m just So sick and tired of hearing this Race card BS! You all can thank Sharpton, Jessie Jackson and Obama for all that crap!

        • parkdweller on October 1, 2014 at 10:51 am

It’s the truth pal and no where in Maryland is it more prevalent than St. Mary’s. Other folks play the race card guys like Sharpton and Jackson are only pointing it out.

I guessing because she was a white female 22 years of age?

Would it make any difference if he raped a 50 year old black man?

      • parkdweller on September 30, 2014 at 11:13 pm

Absolutely. St. Mary’s is all about race and all about who you know. Believe that.

    • Anonymous on September 30, 2014 at 11:26 pm

Would it have been wrong if it was a 22 year old black female? Come on people someone said they were raped and all you ##### can think about is the fact that they said it was a 22 year old white female.

Trash is all he is, that’s why him and his wife no longer have their children and it was probably her crying “rape ” as usual. So glad the kids aren’t there to see this behavior from their parents. Grow up!

Perfect example of karma, while an innocent man after 10 months is still sitting in jail after his wife falsely accused him of rape.

  8. successful on October 1, 2014 at 6:45 am

Jesus you all are just looking to argue. Doesn’t matter if it was male/female/black/white, the fact is he raped someone and that is a crime! Surely if the article said he raped someone and just left it at that, everyone would be complaining that the article was too vague.

  9. Watchdawg on October 1, 2014 at 8:08 am

Seems like Mr. Henderson can’t keep his worm in his pants. Looks like through MDJ he had a Little problem back in 08 with this Same issue, or was that the gun charge? Nice gentleman there, so I don’t want to hear anyone defending this garbage. Lock his ass up!!!!!

  10. ladylike on October 1, 2014 at 4:57 pm

Did anyone think that for one instance weather black ir white she claimed to be raped. I guess no one asked did she and him have a relationship prior to. Its always more to a story. I’m sick of everyone talking about there’s no racisim here. This is one of the racist counties in maryland. But how fast people forget that a lot of the things going on in this world is committed by white black mexican and shall i continue…… people dont know the whole story so shut up…….

    • Anonymous on October 2, 2014 at 7:09 am

      yawn…nope…

  11. i know he guilty on October 1, 2014 at 10:26 pm

Since he was a little boy he been deprived. I remember when he molested two children in our neighborhood due to the ages he was not held accountable. If he was helped then Maybe he wouldn’t be a full blown rapist now.

  12. anonymous on October 2, 2014 at 2:50 pm

Did the authorities ensure proper medical exams were done? I’d hate to see a rapist freed because of the victims word. That would cause a race war for sure. Looking at previous posts.
I hope they have the correct evidence to move prove upon reasonable doubt.
