Daughter Strikes Parents Vehicle in Two Car Collision

 On Sunday, Sept. 25, at approximately 8:00 p.m., emergency authorities responded to the area of Pt. Lookout Rd and Villa Rd for a two-car collision. When first responders arrived, they discovered two involved vehicles approximately 125 yards apart, and one person entrapped in the Truck.

A female in her 30’s driving a Buick Century traveling northbound on Rt. 5 crossed the center line and struck a Ford F-150 driven by her mother, with her father as the passenger.  The F-150 was traveling southbound on Point Lookout Road in the area of Villa Road when the accident occurred.

The female driver of the F-150 was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital by ambulance. Her passenger signed a refusal.  The female driver of the Buick Century also signed a refusal and went to the hospital her own.

Police are investigating if drugs were involved in this accident.
