  8. Whats wrong with driving the on December 30, 2014 at 2:50 pm

car underwater? Shouldn’t the charge be driving under water instead of driving under the influence? Driving under the water?

  9. edinsomd on December 30, 2014 at 3:12 pm

This could have a detrimental effect on the Beemer’s resale value…

  10. Don't worry, I have State Farm on December 30, 2014 at 8:42 pm

First it’s the drunk who drove his BMW into a tree with teens in the car, now it’s a drunk who drives his BMW into a river. “I think today is a nice day to get slammed & take the beemer for a cruise down the river.”

So if you see a bmw barreling down the road chances are in favor that the operator is hammered. It’s a little known fact that drivers of those fine P’sOS have the mentality that they are above us peasant class and can act in any manner they wish without consequence. I’m sure he crawled under the desk of the local judiciary and will have the charges lowered or dropped all together. So if you happen upon a bmw whilst your in transit,LOOK OUT!….P.S. Has the EPA & DNR been notified?

      • BMW Owner on January 1, 2015 at 12:10 am

Really? What a judgmental person you are. I drive a BMW, do not drive it hammered, I am not a POS, and never thought of myself as ‘above’ any class of people – you, however, I will gladly say I am above – clearly because you have no class.

Probably just loaded up the beemer with booze and was getting ready to hammer it down the road after party.

          • BMW Owner on January 2, 2015 at 8:41 pm

Because I was safely in my bed – not out boozing it up and getting hammered.

It’s a 5-Series BMW, and it’s not a 35i series, it’s a 28i series, the 535i doesn’t come with those style rims, only the base model 528i. How do I know this? My next door neighbor has the the exact same car, only it’s black.

    • Anonymous on January 1, 2015 at 9:28 am

Um, who really cares? It’s just an over priced, foreign car.

  16. Anonymous on January 1, 2015 at 10:57 am

Seriously, has the DNR, EPA, etc. been notified?..I happen to know DNR/Coasties will fine you for having a drop of oil in your boats bilge. I’m sure this boat anchor leaked plenty of fluids in the river there.

  17. Anonymous on January 3, 2015 at 9:14 am

look at all of the haters. you can’t afford to buy a BMW so you trash the other owner’s while you ride around in your near dead chevy cavalier. OMG
