The Prince George’s County Police Department arrested two suspects in connection with a fatal shooting in Upper Marlboro this past Saturday.

On February 13, 2016, around 3:40 pm, patrol officers were called to the 9000 block of Armstrong Lane. The victim, Osama El-Atari of Leesburg, was found inside of his pickup truck suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The suspects are both charged with first degree murder and second degree murder.

They are in custody of the Department of Corrections on a no bond status.

No people like you always claiming to be the victim. People like these two who think robbing, stealing and killing are ok. Maybe “people” are just fed up thinking only certain lives matter. Maybe you are just a racist too.

    • Justice on February 18, 2016 at 4:03 pm

Three POS out of circulation! The victim was a POS.

  2. beamer on February 18, 2016 at 3:05 pm

They are what they are and they do what they do. Don’t ever expect anything different especially since they feel empowered by the current occupant of the white house, the attorney general and
    the Black Lies Matter movement.

PG IS southern Maryland you moron.

    • Truth Hurts on February 18, 2016 at 7:55 pm

Wrong! Southern Maryland is Calvert, Charles & St Mary’s counties.

      • Anonymous on February 19, 2016 at 11:31 am

Southern Maryland in popular usage is composed of the state’s southernmost counties on the “Western Shore” of the Chesapeake Bay in the state of Maryland. This region includes all of Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties and sometimes the southern portions of Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties.

So who’s wrong? I did my homework. Looks like you didn’t.

        • Rocky on February 22, 2016 at 12:37 pm

Thing is they are locked up in PG so what difference does it make. At the end of the day, they are in Maryland.

  11. no smibs on February 18, 2016 at 6:08 pm

Why am I not surprised? I’d like to know what they robbed him of. Let me guess, shoes!

  12. no smibs on February 18, 2016 at 6:21 pm

These “rocket surgeons” probably thought they got away with it until the police found the victims phone with these guys cell# on it! Can’t fix stupid, good job to the detectives who tracked these down! Hopefully, they are in prison for more than a decade, unfortunately I think that’s wishful thinking.

    • An honest citizen on February 22, 2016 at 11:23 pm

      Rocket surgeon??? Looool

  13. Anonymous on February 18, 2016 at 7:47 pm

I don’t know what’s worse the crime committed or the mentality of the people commenting? We wonder what’s wrong with society and how crimes like this continue to happen!!!! SMH

    • Keepin It Real on February 18, 2016 at 10:02 pm

Too bad in reality the two have nothing to with each other. Unless you’re making the claim that comments on a news website cause crime. But you wouldn’t do that, because that’s really dumb.

      • C.T.K. on February 19, 2016 at 3:42 pm

I think Anon’s saying that the mentality of a significant amount of the people posting comments here is reflective of how the people of Southern Maryland feel about each other.

Never said internet comments cause crime, he/she just wondered which was worse…. which was a really stupid thing to wonder considering we’re talking armed robbery and murder here.

        • Keepin It Real on February 22, 2016 at 10:16 am

So either way their comment were dumb. Got it. Validation confirmed.

    • cheywolf on February 19, 2016 at 1:39 pm

So you are comparing stupid comments to murder, like they are on the same level. Maybe you should check your own mentality.

      • Anonymous on February 20, 2016 at 5:09 pm

they definitely are relateable because just like you feel like its okay is the same mindset of the murders. everything effects everything remember that.

        • Keepin It Real on February 22, 2016 at 5:04 pm

          No, just no.

  14. Anonymous on February 18, 2016 at 7:57 pm

    • Keepin It Real on February 19, 2016 at 7:44 pm

      Son, lay off the drugs.

  20. Anonymous on February 19, 2016 at 8:09 pm

First all of y’all don’t know either of these men so before y’all judge people do some research. Both of these men are fathers, both come from good homes, and both of these men have people that love them. Yes it’s very much a horrific thing that happend to that man but I know both of them men and neither one of them are killers. So before typing y’all fingers off ask more questions instead of believing everything y’all hear

    • SonjaD on February 22, 2016 at 8:24 am

First of all, I personally don’t want to know them nor do I have to know them to know what kind of people they are. Anyone can screw and make babies, that doesn’t make them fathers. Are they committed to the mother of their children? Do they support their children? Do they work at a legitimate job every day to set an example for their children? The fact that they are in the new for murder answers these questions.
Sure people love them. People loved Charles Manson too. Oh and I’ve researched, they both have better relationships with the law than they do their children, also a matter of public record.

  21. Anonymous on February 19, 2016 at 8:23 pm

Before y’all go hiding people y’all should really ask more questions. Both of these men are fathers and loved by many so y’all are wrong and being judgemental

    • Rocky on February 22, 2016 at 12:35 pm
