A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE AREA…EXCEPT SOUTHERN
MARYLAND…FROM 10 AM TO MIDNIGHT. PLEASE REFER TO FLOOD

THERE IS AN ENHANCED RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE
AREA. THE MAIN HAZARDS ARE DAMAGING WINDS AND TORNADOES LATE THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS EVENING.

A GALE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL WATERS LATE THIS AFTERNOON
THROUGH THURSDAY.
