One Trapped in California Accident

20160229_074642On Monday, February 29, 2016, at 7:30 a.m. police, fire and rescue crews from Bay District and Hollywood responded to a report of an serious accident at the intersection of Wildewood Parkway and St. Andrews Church Road in California.

Crews arrived on scene to discover two vehicles in a Head-On collision with one patient trapped. Firefighters from Bay District began the extrication process on the drivers side while Hollywood did the passenger side. The patient was removed from the vehicle in approximately 10 minutes.

One patient was flown to Prince George’s County Shock Trauma by Maryland State Police Trooper 7.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

    And this is the tribute to all the lazy boneheads who cried that we must have a light there, because they were too stupid to figure out it was easier and quicker to go out to 235, than to make a left turn from wildewood onto Rt.4.
    This light should never have been placed there, and should be taken down. Then, stop left turns from wildewood.
    I have driven the intersection twice a day for the past 16 years. Take the light down and stop left turns!!! BEFORE someone dies there!!

      You can’t make that intersection StMary’s proof till you fix the drivers. People were turning left on to 4 from the number two lane for years. How do you fix as ass like that?
