Chesapeake Beach Man Arrested for Trespassing

On Sunday, March 20, 2016, at 12:12 am, Master Trooper Gill from the Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack responded to the Green Turtle parking lot in Prince Frederick for a fight in progress.

Brian J. Heying, 26 of Chesapeake Beach, was ordered to leave.

Minutes later, Heying attempted to return to the Green Turtle. He was arrested for trespassing and failure to obey a lawful order.

Heying was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
