No, contacting Crime Solvers is not the same as contacting 911, but, if Crime Solvers is initially contacted about a Crime, then, is the crime anonymously reported? Does that person have to be a witness later on? Is Crime Solvers a way to call 911, or police non-emergency to report a crime and, if so, how do the accused reserve the right to confront their witnesses?
