November 17, 2011

The Southern Maryland Food Bank is in need of food! This Friday, November 18, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office will be joining 98.3 STAR FM for a food drive to help stock the food bank’s pantry. Donations can be made at the radio station in Mechanicsville from 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. or at any time at any of the CCSO district stations located in Waldorf, La Plata or Indian Head.

The Southern Maryland Food Bank serves over 30,000 people in Charles County alone.
