Peacefully on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 Louise C. Fowler went home to be with the lord. Family and friends will unite on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 9:00 a.m until time of service at 10:00 a.m. at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD, 20601. Interment will follow at Heritage Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
