On Sunday, December 16, 2018 at approximately 2:35 p.m., police fire and rescue personnel responded to the area of Three Notch Road, and Miramar Way in California, for the reported motor vehicle accident.
Crews arrived on scene to find two vehicles in the roadway in a t-bone style collision.
Two patients signed patient care refusal forms on the scene, and no patients were transported from the scene.
