On Saturday, May 11, 2019, Oscar Phillips, Jr. entered eternal rest in Accokeek, MD. Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Church, 6419 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD 20747. Interment will take place on Thurday, May 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD.
