Paul “Moe” Timothy Windsor Jr, 70,

April 13, 2026

Paul “Moe” Timothy Windsor Jr, 70, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, passed away on April 6, 2026, at home surrounded by his family. Born on June 9, 1955, in Cheverly, Maryland, to the late Paul Sr. and Dorothy Windsor. Moe lived a life defined by hard work, strong connections, and a gift for conversation that left a lasting impression on everyone he met—whether they had time for it or not.

Moe is survived by his wife of nearly 46 years, Mary Darlene; his daughter, Mary Anne Daniels (Ernest) of Benedict, MD; his son, John Paul Windsor (Patricia) of Upper Marlboro, MD; his brothers, Joseph and Daniel Windsor; his sister, Veronica Thompson, and numerous cousins.

Moe dedicated his career to construction, where he took great pride in his work. He built houses, installed septic systems, and if you stood still long enough, probably told you exactly how he did it. His craftsmanship can be seen throughout the community, and his stories about it were just as solid as the foundations he poured.

He will be remembered for his personality—Moe truly never met a stranger. He could strike up a conversation anywhere, with anyone, and keep it going as long as he pleased. Whether you needed advice, a laugh, or just a few extra minutes you didn’t plan on spending, Moe was always ready to deliver.

A celebration of Moe’s life will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Baden Firehouse. Family and friends are invited to gather, share stories (long ones encouraged, in Moe’s honor), and celebrate a life well lived.

Moe leaves behind a legacy of hard work, strong family ties, and countless conversations that no one will ever quite be able to top—but many will try.
