Assigned to the Booking area, DFC Hart consistently demonstrates professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. She processes a high volume of detainees with accuracy and fairness, playing a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient intake process.

DFC Hart’s keen attention to detail helps prevent errors and supports investigative efforts. She also led the agency in report writing during the first quarter and is known as a dependable team player, assisting coworkers, helping train new staff, and using her calm demeanor to de-escalate challenging situations, particularly when working with individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Her fluency in Spanish is an additional asset, allowing her to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking inmates and further enhance operations in the Booking area.
