7 Firefighters from the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department quickly responded and freed the victim, and requested a helicopter to land nearby after consultation.
Maryland State Police Aviation Command Trooper 7 landed nearby and transported the child to the Children’s National Hospital.
