Joseph Anthony “Joe” Dulka passed away on February 20, 2017 at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital. Joe was born on July 27, 1954 in Washington, DC to the late Wasyl Dulka and the late Eleanor Stransky Dulka.
Joe is survived by his wife, Kelly Dulka; his son, Charlie Dulka; step-children, Sarah and Andrew Chick; grandsons, Aiden and Alex Sims and his sister, Katharine Menegazzi of Grass Valley, CA.
Joe always enjoyed tinkering with cars and motorcycles. He loved riding his 1966 Harley Davidson and made many motorcycle trips with friends. He restored a 1973 Gran Torino Sport which he enjoyed showing at car shows. Joe also enjoyed boating, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Family will receive visitors for Joe’s Life Celebration on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 1PM at Encounter Christian Center, 30080 Henry Lane, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622 with a Funeral Service at 2PM. In keeping with the spirit of Joe, casual dress is the order of the day please. Interment will be private.
