Police Investigating Stabbing in Great Mills

UPDATE 10/3/2017 @ 10:oo a.m. – Official St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Press Release: On 10/2/17, at approximately 8:39 P.M., deputies responded to the 45000 block of Foxchase Drive in Great Mills for a report of an assault.

Contact was made with an individual who sustained a minor laceration to their hand.

The victim was transported to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment. The investigation is continuing and is being handled by Cpl. Reppel #141.

10/2/2017: On Monday, October 2, 2017, at approximately 8:40 p.m., St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to Foxchase Drive, in Great Mills for the report of a stabbing.

Police arrived to find a male in his thirties with a laceration to his hand.

The victim was transported to a MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for medical treatment.
