On Sunday, October 15, 2017, at approximately 10:30 p.m., police, fire and rescue personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision on Three Notch Road at the intersection of Pegg Road, in Lexington Park.
The crash involved three vehicles.
Two patients were transported to an area trauma center by a Maryland State Police helicopter.
Deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the accident.
