On February 6, 2018, at approximately 11:20 p.m., Corporal Esnes from the Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 near German Chapel Road in Prince Frederick.
Trooper First Class Rucker arrived to assist. A K-9 scan was requested and resulted in a positive alert.
A probable cause search revealed Heroin.
A secondary search at the detention center revealed a smoking device containing suspected crack cocaine.
Darryl W. Icenhower, 25 of Lusby, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
