8 teenagers are killed every week because of texting while driving. 33,000-38,000 people have been killed every year in motor vehicle accidents since 1990.

Ban cell phones for people under 21. And cars for everybody.

    Do it for the children.

Should be easy since the founding fathers didn’t mention a right to cell phones or cars in the Constitution.
