Peacefully on March 15, 2018, Oliver went home to be with the Lord. He is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Elena Butler; 4 loving children, Tracy Miles, Leah Hertel, Brandon(Shari) and Eric (Michell) Butler; three sisters, Lowlita Butler, Nadine Shaw and Tawana Evans; 9 grandchildren, Jordan, Kaiah, Tyeson, Mason, Lantz, Leila, David, Brooklynn and Ava. Visitation Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 10:00 am until time of service 11 am at BRISCOE-TONIC FUNERAL HOME 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Md. Interment Private.
