Peacefully on Friday, July 6, 2018 Ethel J. Massey went home to be with her lord. Family and friends will unite on July 13, 2018 from 12:00 noon until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD 20601. Interment will follow at Heritage Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
