On Monday, September 3, 2018, Carl went home to be with the Lord. Friends may unite with the family on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 10 am until time of service at 11am at FROM THE HEART CHURCH MINISTRIES, 5055 Allentown Road in Camp Springs, MD 20746.
Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations, in support of Carl’s children, be made out to Tasha Harris in the form of check or money order mailed to Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home c/o Tasha Harris 2294 Old Washington Road Waldorf, MD 20601.
