Peacefully on Friday, September 14, 2018 , Gloria went home to be with the Lord. Friends may unite with the family on Tuesday, September 25, from 10 am until time of service 11 am at BRISCOE-TONIC FUNERAL HOME located at 2294 Old Washington Road Waldorf, MD. Interment Quantico National Cemetery.
