On Friday, December 14, 2018, at approximately 3:40 p.m., police fire and rescue personnel responded to the area of Chancellors Run Road, and Rutherford Boulevard in Great Mills for the reported motor vehicle accident.
Crews arrived on scene to find two vehicles in the roadway in a t-bone style collision.
Two patients from the car were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Two patients from the truck signed patient care refusal forms on the scene.
