On Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at approximately 3:00 p.m., police fire and emergency personnel responded to Three Notch Road and Miramar Way, in California, for the report of a motor vehicle accident.
One person had to be extricated from their vehicle by firefighters, three others were also injured.
