Peacefully on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, Winnie Frank Sales, went home to be with the Lord. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 10 am until time of service 11 am at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church located at 1615 3rd Street NW. Washington, D.C. Interment will follow at Heritage Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
