On Thursday, February 28, 2019, Betty Brinson-Shields peacefully transitioned to her heavenly home. Family and friends will unite on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 1:00 pm until time of her life celebration 2:00 pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD.
