On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at approximately 2:55 p.m., police fire, and rescue personnel responded to the area of Three Notch Road and Faunkirk Drive in Mechanicsville, for the motor vehicle accident involving a school bus with no injuries.
Shortly after dispatch, crews responding were advised two people had injuries.
Crews arrived on scene to find two vehicles in the roadway.
One patient was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries. It is unknown how many patients signed care refusal forms.
