Family and friends will unite on Friday, June 7, 2019 for visitation at 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. at Hughes Memorial United Methodist Church, 25 53rd Street NE, Washinton, DC 20019. Interment to follow at Maryland Veteran Cheltenham Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
