On Friday, July 19, 2019, at approximately 11:15 a.m., police fire, and rescue personnel responded to the area of the Three Notch Road and Thompson Corner Road in Mechanicsville, for the motor vehicle accident reported serious with one subject trapped.
Crews arrived on scene to find two vehicles in the roadway with one subject trapped in a Jeep.
Firefighters extricated the single patient in under 5 minutes.
One patient signed care refusal forms on the scene. One patient was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
