On Friday, July 19, 2019, at approximately 12:05 p.m., police fire, and rescue personnel responded to the area of the La Quinta Inn on Three Notch Road and Chancellors Run Road in California, for the reported motor vehicle accident with injuries.
Crews arrived on scene to find two vehicles in the Southbound lanes in a T-bone style collision.
One patient signed care refusal forms on the scene. Two patients were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
