On Saturday, September 21, 2019, Vickii Bass departed from this earthly life. Family and friends will unite on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Westphalia United Methodist Church 9363 Darcy Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. Interment be at Washington National Cemetery following service.
