On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at approximately 10:10 a.m., police fire, and rescue personnel responded to Park Hall Road and Point Lookout Road in Park Hall, for the reported head-on style collision.
Crews arrived on the scene to find two vehicles in the roadway with all occupants out of the vehicles.
Three patients signed care refusal forms on the scene.
No injuries were reported.
