Family welcomes visitors on Thursday, September 3, 2020 for viewing from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, followed by the 11am funeral service which will be held at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD immediately following visitation.
