Safe Candy Giveaway Events Hosted by Fire and Rescue Departments in Charles, St. Mary’s, and Calvert County

Newburg Volunteer Rescue Squad and Fire Department will be hosting trunk or treating on Saturday, October 31st 7:00 p.m., to 9:00 p.m., located at the Newburg Volunteer Fire Department/Rescue Squad at 12245 Rock Point Road in Newburg.

Seventh District Volunteer Rescue Squad will be hosting a safe Halloween candy giveaway at their station located at 21530 Colton Point Road in Avenue, from 5:30 p.m., to 8:00 p.m.

Ridge Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting a safe candy giveaway from 6:00 p.m., to 7:30 p.m., at their station located at 13820 Point Lookout Road in Ridge.

Solomons Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad will be hosting a trick or trunk event in the back parking lot from 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m. The event will take place in the back parking lot of the main station located at 13150 HG Truman Road in Solomons.

Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting a haunted drive-through candy giveaway along with fire prevention goodie bags on Halloween from 7:30 p.m., to 9:00 p.m., at the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department Station 2 located 28165 Hills Club Road in Mechanicsville.

Bay District Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting a safe drive-thru candy give-away at both Firehouses on Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 5:00 p.m., to 7:00 p.m. Fire Station 3 – 46900 South Shangri-La Drive in Lexington Park. Fire Station 9 – 45774 Fire Department Lane in California.

On Friday, October 20, from 10:00 a.m., to 5:00 p.m., the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum welcomes you to come to the museum dressed in costume! All children under the age of 10 who come dressed up will receive a free goodie bag courtesy of the museum for their Pax Spooktacular Weekend!

Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting a safe drive-through candy giveaway, along with two free bike giveaways on Halloween from 6:30 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., located at 24801 Three Notch Road in Hollywood.
