Terrell Devantee Atkins, 21 of Avenue
On October 17, 2020, Cpl. Roszell responded to the La Quinta Inn & Suites located on Three Notch Road in California, for the reported disturbance.
Employees requested Terrell Devantee Atkins, age 21 of Avenue, be removed from the business after causing a loud disturbance in a hotel room.
Atkins was told to leave the premises and began causing a disturbance, causing other patrons to stop and watch his actions. Atkins threw a medical marijuana card that struck Cpl. J. Graves, and then took a fighting stance towards deputies on the scene. Atkins was placed into custody where he then attempted to kick officers multiple times.
Atkins has been charged with Assault, Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct.
