The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Mark Andrew Alvey Jr., 28, is wanted for Second-Degree Escape from the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center as he cut off his GPS monitoring device on Oct. 31, 2020, stemming from an original charge of Second-Degree Assault.
