Detectives with the Homicide Unit are working to identify and arrest the suspect(s) who shot and killed a man Saturday night in a business near Landover. The victim is 22-year-old Leon Frazier of Washington, D.C. Three additional people were also shot. One of those victims remains in critical condition. The two additional victims suffered what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.
On Saturday, December 12, 2020, at approximately 11:30 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 8600 block of Old Ardmore Road for a shooting. The preliminary investigation revealed the victims were all attending a gathering being held at the business.
Frazier was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to establish a motive in the case.
