Family and friends will unite on Friday, March 12, 2021, from 9:00am until time of service at 9:30am at the Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD, 20601. Interment is scheduled for a later date at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.
