On Tuesday, May 11, 2021, visitation will begin at 9:00 am until time of service at 9:45 am at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD 20601. Interment to follow at the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery.
