Norma Jane Graham was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She passed away peacefully on November 22, 2021 at 6:11 PM in Leonardtown, MD at St. Mary’s Nursing Center at the age of 87. She was born to Alberta Milburn and Harold Milburn on February 26, 1934 in Havre de Grace, Maryland. She married Richard P. Graham in 1951 and had three children; Jane, Ann, and Rick.
Most importantly, Norma was a terrific mom— her children were her life and she spoiled them rotten. She was Richie’s best secretary and boss in real estate for many years. She loved to read (mostly romance novels), sew, cook, and be around the table with her family. She made the best chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, always by hand!
She is survived by her children Cecilia Ann Hogan (Ray), Richard P. Graham, Jr. (Carla), grandchildren Brian Hogan, April Miolla, Michael Gamer, Alan Graham, and Chase Graham, as well as 18 great grandchildren. Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Richard P. Graham, and her daughter Jane L. Gamer.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Rodger Bough officiating. Interment will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
