APPREHENDED: St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Lusby Woman for Escape

UPDADE 2/24/2023: Stahl has been apprehended and is being held on a no-bond status.

Stahl was sentenced to 180 days in jail for theft $100 to under $1,500.00. The entire sentence was suspended down to 10 days.

Stahl was issued bench warrants for Failure to Appear on 7/22/2022, 9/8/2022, and 12/06/2022.

Stahl failed to report to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown for the 10-day sentence and a bench warrant was again issued.

It was served on 2/24/2023.

2/21/2023: The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Erin Nicole Stahl, age 35 of Lusby, who is wanted for Second-Degree Escape after failing to report to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown for a 10-day sentence for Driving While Suspended and Theft: $100 to under $1,500.
