On Thursday, March 9, 2023, at approximately 1:10 a.m., police, fire and rescue personnel responded to the area of Hermanville Road and Green Leaf Road in Lexington Park, for the undetermined motor vehicle collision.
Crews arrived on the scene to find a single vehicle off the roadway and into a utility pole with all three occupants out of the vehicle.
The adult male operator was transported to an area hospital with multiple injuries, charges are pending for suspected impaired driving.
Two female passengers were transported to an area hospital with various minor injuries.
Deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded and are investigating the collision.
